Grilling

Yet another saturday. I've decided I'm going to go pick up some chicken thighs and a craft beer and make something. Hopefully some people can join me later and we can enjoy this idea.

So this is my thinking here, I'm going to marinate the chicken in buttermilk with a little paprika. While that is marinating I'm going to make a raspberry dressing to drizzle over the chicken once its done. And a Jamaican jerk rub will go on the chicken before grilling.

When I've finally finished all that I'm going to place the chicken on the grill skin side down. Then cut up some pineapples and place those on the grill as well. Once everything is done grilling I'll put the chicken on top of the grilled pineapple, sprinkle some green onions on top and smashed almonds then drizzle the raspberry dressing over it. Done!

Oh yeah, I also re did the site if you can't tell we went all blackish. We don't have any art for the EP yet but once we get that, the site will most likely change this should tide us over.
